After 2 years of garages telling me my loss of power was normal, this garage have finally diagnosed it as a dodgy egr valve, my van now feels like it has a new turbo inside. Even the AA didn't diagnose it properly. I am so impressed with this garage, I won't be going anywhere else.

Ok so my car went in for several things but they've not been able to sort one issue due to Renault 'redesigning' the electric handbrake. Mark who owns the company, has gone above and beyond to ensure I've had a vehicle while this is being sorted, even to staying late to get another car road ready for me to borrow. All the team at Whites of Lincoln are a great bunch and will try their best to help you. They also use a company called Payment Assist for any unexpected bills that will allow you to pay your bill back in 4 monthly instalments. Whites of Lincoln, you have truly been a lifesaver!
