Nice to see the parking area sorted out no massive pot holes!! Entry to swimming 8 for adult and 1 over 5. Changing area fairly clean. Great area for toddlers did see few moldy bits tho round both pools and the interactive part of the water slide wasnt working so coudnt select music or have pictures sent to email this hasnt been working now for about 8 months, fairly dissapointed about that considering they boast about it being the uks first interactive water slide ! Will be visting again hopefully it will be fixed for summer holidays.

Joined on a 1 month trial in October, received no paperwork, and then continued to have a direct debit taken out for an extra 2 months. The facilities are okay, but if you want to take part in any of the popular classes, you have to book as soon as they become available the week prior which isnt any use for somebody wanting a bit of flexibility. When I cancelled the direct debit having had further payments incorrectly taken, despite me informing the gym in the December that I had only signed up for 1 month, and being assured that it was their error and I would receive a refund for the 2 incorrectly debited payments, I am still to receive any refund. To add insult to injury, their direct debit collection company contacted me for non payment of direct debit in January, despite having been informed in the December that my membership had been cancelled. Be careful when signing up to or being offered any trial memberships.
