Re Excellent Customer Service- I can not recommend mower magic enough for the help and advice. I did something with my new machine and thought I would not get it sorted out. Rather than being pushed away and with thanks to Samuel Mant, Mower Magic spoke to one of their engineers and gave me free advice on how to sort the problem out. Fantastic customer service in relation to a product I bought from them 2 years ago (only purchase). I'd tried to arrange a warranty claim with manufacturer, but had reached a dead end, Mower Magic picked it up immediately, took the issue and hassle out of my hands and dealt with the manufacturer to get a resolution - they've been in touch all the way along.
